TicTic (com.aimeenow.tictic) là ứng dụng ghi sổ thu chi cá nhân và nhóm. Chúng tôi không phải ngân hàng, không phải ví điện tử và không giữ tiền của bạn. Chính sách này mô tả chúng tôi thu thập dữ liệu gì, vì sao, lưu bao lâu, chia sẻ với ai và bạn có những quyền gì. Việc sử dụng TicTic đồng nghĩa bạn đồng ý với chính sách này. Chúng tôi hoạt động theo pháp luật Việt Nam — Luật An ninh mạng 2018, Nghị định 53/2022/NĐ-CP và Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP.
Chúng tôi KHÔNG thu thập: vị trí, danh bạ, SMS/cuộc gọi, lịch sử duyệt web, dữ liệu sức khỏe. Quyền app xin: Internet, Camera (eKYC), Sinh trắc học (mở khóa cục bộ), Thông báo.
Cung cấp chức năng ghi sổ, báo cáo, ngân sách, quản lý nợ và nhóm; đồng bộ giữa các thiết bị của bạn; xác thực và bảo vệ tài khoản; (tùy chọn) xác minh eKYC chống gian lận; (tùy chọn) trợ lý AI — mô tả giao dịch có thể được xử lý bởi Google Gemini ở máy chủ để tạo gợi ý; hỗ trợ và cải thiện ổn định. Cơ sở pháp lý: thực hiện hợp đồng dịch vụ và sự đồng ý rõ ràng với dữ liệu nhạy cảm.
Chúng tôi không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cá nhân cho bên thứ ba thương mại để quảng cáo. Chúng tôi chỉ dùng nhà cung cấp hạ tầng với phạm vi tối thiểu: Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Functions) để lưu trữ & đồng bộ; Google Gemini API để xử lý mô tả giao dịch tạo gợi ý AI (tùy chọn). Khi nhận yêu cầu hợp pháp bằng văn bản từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền, chúng tôi phối hợp đúng phạm vi luật định và thông báo cho người dùng sớm nhất có thể, trừ khi luật buộc giữ bí mật.
Dữ liệu mã hóa khi truyền (HTTPS/TLS); số tiền & mô tả được mã hóa; mật khẩu băm theo chuẩn ngành.
eKYC là tính năng tùy chọn, chỉ thu thập khi bạn chủ động bật và tích ô đồng ý. Đây là dữ liệu cá nhân nhạy cảm theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP.
Dữ liệu tài khoản và ghi sổ được lưu khi tài khoản còn hoạt động. Bạn có thể xóa tài khoản trong app (Cài đặt) hoặc theo hướng dẫn tại tictic.aimeenow.cloud/account-deletion, và xuất toàn bộ sổ bất cứ lúc nào. Khi xóa, dữ liệu của bạn được xóa theo quy trình nêu trên.
Bạn có quyền: được biết, truy cập, chỉnh sửa, rút lại sự đồng ý, yêu cầu xóa, hạn chế/phản đối xử lý, và khiếu nại. Liên hệ support@aimeenow.cloud.
TicTic hướng tới người dùng từ 16 tuổi trở lên, không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi và không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em. eKYC và thanh toán dành cho người trưởng thành. Nếu bạn cho rằng trẻ vị thành niên đã cung cấp dữ liệu, liên hệ support@aimeenow.cloud để được xóa.
Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, chúng tôi cập nhật phiên bản và yêu cầu bạn đồng ý lại trong app. Mọi câu hỏi: support@aimeenow.cloud (phản hồi trong 72 giờ làm việc).
TicTic (com.aimeenow.tictic) is a personal and group bookkeeping app. We are not a bank or e-wallet and we never hold your money. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and your rights. We operate under Vietnamese law, including the 2018 Cybersecurity Law and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.
We do NOT collect: location, contacts, SMS/calls, browsing history, health data. Permissions requested: Internet, Camera (eKYC), Biometrics (local unlock), Notifications.
Provide bookkeeping/reports/budgets/debt and group features; sync across your devices; authenticate and protect your account; optional eKYC verification; optional AI assistant (transaction text may be processed server-side by Google Gemini to generate suggestions); support and stability. Legal basis: performance of our service contract, and explicit consent for sensitive data.
We do not sell or share your personal data with commercial third parties for advertising. We use infrastructure providers only, with minimal scope: Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Functions) for storage/sync; Google Gemini API to process transaction text for AI suggestions (optional). Upon a lawful written request from a competent authority, we cooperate strictly within the scope the law requires and notify the affected user when possible.
Data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS); amounts and descriptions encrypted; passwords hashed.
eKYC is optional, collected only when you actively enable verification and tick the consent box. It is sensitive personal data under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.
Account and ledger data are kept while your account is active. Delete your account in-app (Settings) or via tictic.aimeenow.cloud/account-deletion, and export your full ledger anytime.
You may be informed, access, rectify, withdraw consent, request deletion, restrict/object to processing, and lodge complaints. Contact support@aimeenow.cloud.
TicTic targets users aged 16+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's data; eKYC and payments are for adults. Contact support@aimeenow.cloud to remove a minor's data.
We update the version and request renewed consent for material changes. Questions: support@aimeenow.cloud (we respond within 72 business hours).
